• Access tokens required to interact with the Instagram Graph API
• Basic profile information associated with the connected account

We do not collect passwords or private login credentials for Instagram or Facebook. Authentication occurs securely through Facebook Login.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used strictly to provide the services offered by SocialFuse, including:

• Detecting spam or toxic comments on Instagram posts
• Automatically deleting comments that match configured moderation rules
• Displaying comment moderation results in your dashboard
• Allowing users to configure keyword filters and moderation thresholds
• Maintaining secure communication with the Instagram Graph API

Your information is never used for advertising, marketing profiling, or behavioral tracking.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process user data based on the following lawful grounds:

• User consent when connecting their Instagram account through Facebook Login
• Performance of the service requested by the user

5. Data Storage and Retention

SocialFuse stores minimal data required for service operation. Access tokens and account identifiers may be stored securely on our servers.

Comment data fetched through the Instagram Graph API may be processed temporarily for moderation purposes and is not permanently stored unless necessary for system logs.

Users may disconnect their Instagram account at any time, which removes stored access tokens and stops all data processing associated with the account.

We take reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

• Secure server environments
• Encrypted API communication (HTTPS)
• Restricted access to stored tokens and identifiers
• Regular system monitoring

However, no system can be completely secure, and users acknowledge that they use the service at their own discretion.

Upon verification, all stored tokens and account identifiers will be removed from our systems.
